Dave Dean, Associate Broker:
 A
lifetime resident of the Ann Arbor area and a graduate
of the University of Michigan, Dave knows every nook
and cranny of Washtenaw County. After graduating from
U of M, Dave taught in public schools for 6 years.
He also coached football, basketball, gymnastics and
swimming, and officiated high school athletics for
over 30 years. In 1977 he started his career in Real
Estate, which he has been doing enthusiastically ever
since.
As a Christian businessman, Dave's
philosophy is to put his clients needs and interests
first, and to focus on meeting their goals and expectations.
This "super servant" philosophy combined
with his intimate knowledge of Washtenaw County helped
Dave to immediately become a leader in his profession.
He has been a manager for two of the top Real Estate
companies in the Ann Arbor area, but now chooses to
function as a sales consultant exclusively.
Dave has closed over 1080 transactions for over $140
million and is a
member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. Because Dave prefers
to spend all of his productive time serving his clients
needs, functioning more as a consultant than a salesperson,
